Prices & payment 

All prices on are in Australian Dollars ($AUD)

Credit Card and Paypal are accepted payment via the online store. 
Cash is also accepted with local collection at Currumbin Waters, QLD


Shipping within Australia

All shipping is via courier service from my studio location on the Southern end of the Gold Coast in Currumbin Waters.  I use recycled packaging wherever possible, which is great for the environment! I use biodegradable packing peanuts to ensure your pieces arrive safe. The packing peanuts can be dissolved in hot water when you wish to discard. 

Items are packaged up every Tuesday and collection is Wednesday afternoon. An automated email will be send with shipping details so you may track your item. 


International shipping

Unfortunately I don't offer international shipping at this stage.

Custom orders and commissions

I am happy to create custom and commission piece.  If you like my work and would like to inquire about a commission please contact me.


Wholesale Enquiries

Exchange

Please ensure you view all photo and read the description carefully as I do not offer exchange or refund on items. 

Delivery

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct. Any further charges for change of address will be passed onto the buyer.


Damaged or lost items

If you don’t receive an item, or it is received damaged, please contact me and I will help you receive proper compensation from Aremex.

In the unfortunate circumstance your item arrives damaged, please keep the item and contact me within 7 days of receiving it.
I can offer a  remake of the item and ship at no extra cost. As each piece is hand made the replacement item will be equally as beautiful but not identical.
